We are located in the bluffs of Northeast Iowa in the river town of Harpers Ferry.  We are a short distance from the Mississippi River with a small kennel of well-loved dogs.  Our dogs are bred with a focus on companionship, health, and temperament, ensuring you find the perfect furry friend for your family.  Proudly licensed by the state of Iowa (#11230), we are committed to raising happy, healthy puppies that will bring joy to your home.

Dogs have been a huge part of my life since childhood. I grew up with a miniature schnauzer, a wire-haired dachshund, and a cairn terrier as my furry brothers. In the late '80s, I began showing French Bulldogs and owner handled my Champion Honey B's Dreamtime Bit O'Honey to #2 Breed and All Breed standings in her limited show career. Since then, I have owned and loved several breeds but have found Miniature Dachshunds to be my soulmates with their loyal and comical personalities.  My husband grew up with coonhounds, and he wanted to get some "mini" coonhounds....so we also have Beagles.  He didn't have to work very hard to convince me and I adore our goofy hounds for the laughter they bring to our life. Our goal is to produce dogs of exceptional temperament and health that are also nice representatives of their breed. All our dogs are AKC registered.  We sell dogs on limited registration, but full rights can be discussed at an addition fee to established small breeding programs.  Sires and dams are also DNA tested in an effort to provide the healthiest, happiest pups. We are committed to helping you find a friend that suits your lifestyle and offer lifetime support to all our puppy families. I enjoy sharing my love of dogs and put my heart and soul into every one of our babies. I work to educate potential buyers to assure a great match for their lifestyle and preferences. We are also willing to refer you to other reputable breeders or discuss other breeds to assure you are getting the best fit for your family.
